Deleting your account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’re experiencing any issues or have feedback you’d like to share, our team is here to help. Please feel free to reach out through the in app live support .We would be happy to assist you.

Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds, as they will no longer be accessible once your account is deleted.

Steps #

1. 1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

2. 2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Your Account under Account section.

3. 3. Follow the on-screen prompts and tap Delete to confirm.

Warning: Don’t forget that once you delete your account, any remaining funds will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
