After the end of the EU MiCA transition period (01/01/2026), Freebnk Europe operates strictly as a software and technology provider.

We DO provide:

• Non-custodial digital asset and payment-related software.

• API technology, automation tools, MPC wallet infrastructure, and identity solutions.

• Business-to-business technology services.

• Consultancy and integrations.

We DO NOT provide:

• Custodial wallet services.

• Virtual asset service provider (VASP) regulated activity in the EU.

• Fiat or crypto payment services under our own licence.

• Brokerage, dealing, exchange, or remittance services.

Financial services disclaimer

Any financial, payment, or digital asset services accessible through our platform are operated exclusively by licensed third-party partners, not by UAB Freebnk Europe.

We do not:

• hold client funds,

• execute transactions,

• provide investment advice,

• guarantee the performance of partner services.

You acknowledge that your contractual relationship for regulated services lies with the licensed partner, not Freebnk Europe.

3. Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must:

• freeze, manage, or move your assets.
